Rudolf Meckel III, Managing Director and co-founder of Atlantic Commercial Mortgage, is a 20-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry. Having successfully owned and operated a wide range of commercial investment properties, combined with over 10 years of real estate investment banking experience, Mr. Meckel has the ability to think creatively and work diligently to achieve practical, customized solutions for real estate investors, developers and owners. His resourcefulness and dedication to “get the deal done” adds value to every transaction and ensures a smooth loan closing.

Prior to launching Atlantic Commercial Mortgage, Rudolf Meckel served as vice president of commercial real estate large loan origination for Deutsche Bank Securities, was a Director of real estate finance for CIBC World Markets, the investment banking division of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as well as an associate at PaineWebber Real Estate Securities. Prior to that, Rudy established hands-on commercial real estate experience as principal at Arbor Associates, a South Jersey real estate development and property management firm.

Rudolf Meckel is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting and also holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University. Mr. Meckel is a licensed realtor in New Jersey and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He has also obtained the Series 7 and Series 63 SEC Securities License.
